Tennis Facilities

Crowborough Tennis and Squash Club has 9 Macadam Hard Courts. 6 of these Courts are fully floodlit. We have all the necessary equipment to convert our courts for use as Mini Tennis courts.

The new floodlighting on Courts 1 to 4 was installed thanks to a £25,000 grant from the Lawn Tennis Association, with support from Sport England. This valuable funding will allow players to play for more hours each day during the darker evenings. The club now has six floodlit courts in total.

The funding was provided as part of the LTA’s commitment to improve playing facilities and enhance access to tennis nationwide. We were able to provide another £25,000 from our own funds to finance the new lighting.

Please be aware that Macadam hard courts can become slippy when wet and extra care should be taken. Non marking tennis footwear and the correct sports dress is required on Court at all times.

Court Booking System

Club Members may book courts via the Internet, Touchscreen in the Bar or by phoning the club on 01892 652618. Sessions are 30 minutes in length to please ensure you book enough slots to cover your match.

Equipment

Equipment can be provided for Mini, Junior and Adult Tennis.

Changing Rooms

We have Changing Rooms with shower facilities located on the Ground Floor to the right of Squash Court 3.

The Bar and Lounge

Our well stocked Bar and Lounge provides both hot and cold drinks to help you unwind after your game.
